The way how First Month passed...
The day when calendar showed July 1st 2010...
The day when almost 180 people gathered at Vellore VIT Univ campus...
The day where climate was pretending to be calm as Bangalore....
That day was the first day of all our MBA class of 2012 guys.
It was a moment of mixed feelings.
Enthusiastic....lill bit Enigmatic...some more Expectations and very much Emotional !!
I loved it... truly and started falling in Love..(not with girls) but with campus n MBA environment ;)
The class was a mix of students and truly reflected India. Few from AP, Rajasthan,Jarkhand, Orissa, WB and majority from Tamilnadu. :) But we got to know each other so faster n could mingle wit each other so well.
The Trimester system here is expected to be finsihed in 3 months.
The class work is some thing like the UK shift. 12 Noon-8PM.
The subjects are ok ok but few like Accounts and Economics are hell !!
If I have to rank, i wil say Econ is far better than Accounts.
Till the day I started learning it, i loved it. But now I am afraid how I can continue my love for FINANCE !! :P
Its a big headache for me.... ofcourse to many other people of class(engin back grnd)
The rest of the classes were going good with discussions(BE & MOB), fun and confusion(QTM & ECON), Interesting (LAB & SAC)
Before we issued text books from library, we were asked to write Internal tests :(
Also assignments...presentations...seminars...WHY MBA and blah blah blah....
By the time we memorise what all the subjects we have,
By the time we got print out of syllabus,
By the time we could memorise names of all people in the class...
Our Mid term exams approached, giving a break to our enjoyment !!
Exams were conducted 2 each in a day in 4 days. Q Papers were competely subjective & Situational based.
Except the integrated students for most of the rest of the guys its a first time experience in VIT.
A small situation to show how VIT Exams are.... My friend went to a Prof and saying about LAB exam Q paper, telling it was so tough and no direct questions were given.
U know what she replied !?!?!?
She gave a weird answer: WELCOME TO VIT !!
hahhaha....

ReplyDeletemama whereever you are you simply prove your existance,people should not find it hard to memorize when someone asks whose satya after years.are u still drawing those stock market graphs in the class,u usually do them in our class when u feel a lill dizzy.hheheheh.keep blogging man you are improving.
