Adieus to final yr students by VITU
This part of my life is called FAREWELL of my MBA !
Yeah, though its not exactly the last day for all final years, its a tradition we celebrate here in VIT now itself. And the photo session and Dinner with Chancellor n team.
In-fact the day started in the noon ;) We all gathered at TT portico by 3:00 pm to get the group photo along with staff. We waited for Chancellor sir to arrive.The boys were handsome with their Blazers on and girls were pretty with their Sarees ! Ofcourse they are always beautiful !!
At 3:40 PM was the first click taken. Most of the students were still adjusting themselves, n the photgrpaher said it was FINAL. Kanjoos fellow, inspite of the fact it was a digital cam..he dint take a 2nd click atleast. (My schooldays were far better, Though it was a film camera they used to take 2 clicks)
Later we were in a session with Chancellor. Of-course it was a normal meet where VC Sir addressed the issues. Also GV Sir invited us to pursue PhDs in the University, and he promised he would provide best facilities too. Couple of students felt really happy. :)
Later that,the group of girls who missed the photo with GV Sir, got one before the light completely failed :P
Before and after the Chancellor's presence, I believe there were 1000s of flashes in Gallery 1 and in TT. I cant count the no of pics taken, may be it comes around 10GB :| The Gallery podium was so crowded.. almost every boy got one pic in the pose of Steve Jobs, Bill gates.. :P I felt so happy for that..I liked the idea..
Waiting for some legends to upload those pics yet. Then many boys/girls were around girls/boys saying I want a photograph with you.
Ofcourse they have to say YES bcz we all are friends. Also after this we don't get a chance to get a nice pic to be seen/shown down the line after 10yrs :(. Then u will say to ur kids, "He is Imran, my good frnd. or She is xyz , my class CR" etc kinda... Missed the presence of couple of friends. Guru, Deepak, Amit, Saptarshi n few more.
Around 630PM,we gathered in ANNA audi for the message delivery by Chancellor sir. I liked the point he mentioned. He adviced all the youngsters to take care of their health. Yes he is rit. He indirectly told us not to get addicted to any thing. Thank u sir for that.
The evening was followed by culturals but not that interesting. Wish our VITBS guys wud have made it 200% better. Esp the best performers like Rahul, Giri, Kushboo n others. Then was the dinner.. Though the menu was simple but it was good enuf for me. Mr.Baali is so happy that he has got a photo with VC Sekhar Sir.
Then it ended wit a smallest cup of ice cream ever made !! No photos to upload at this moment :(
All together it was memorable day for all, Wonderful day for many,
Most excited day for many more, and was lill more than a normal day for me :)
